home for the half term and all i've been doing is messing about with my new laptop! it has the new Windows Vista...not great for someone who can just about type on Word! Doing nothing much at home except putting back the weight i lost during Ramadhan being away from home.

Need to think of a research project for uni...something to do with the classroom or school or the pupils. Totally stuck on what to research...and dont wann leav it too late!!

oh my goodness..has everyone totally abandened Blogger?!! ANyway...i shall write sometimes cos i wann write about my schools and cant do so on facebook!!

Also, i've lost my pearl earring and necklace set (not real obviously but precious all the same!) and this butterfly hair bobble...i dont usually misplace things but i know its somewhere in my house!! Please make dua that i find the. *Vein...i know...what can i do!*

Anyway, at North Manchester High School for Girls...not to be confused with Manchester High for Girls...totally different. Trust me. Been on observation for the past two weeks Mon-Wed and after half term i'll be teaching for seven weeks!! :S i'll only be teaching 8 hrs a week so it wont be too tough!

About the school- its in Moston. 'nuff said. Its full of chavs (so i fit right in) and then there are a few girl from Oldham end cos its one of the nearest Girls' school. The teachers are lovely and my mentor is the most beautiful person in the world. She's so nice and helpful...really think it'll make my life easier doing the paperwork, One Yr 7 student cried today because she was being moved a set and wont have her as a maths tecacher anymore...it was so sweet...and another few girls said they hated maths but have learnt to like it because of my mentor Miss Dunn! Thats the kind of teacher i'd like to be...

after half term i have a year 7, year 8 and a year 10 class.. . all of different abilties...should b intersting
